Ask Claude about my clients (MCP server)
Built and working My real estate business: in daily use
An MCP server on my real CRM, so I can ask Claude Desktop or Claude Code who I should follow up with, what’s due this week or what a client told me, and get answers from my own data.

The problem
My client notes, tasks and deal deadlines live in my CRM, but I do a lot of my thinking in Claude. Copying data between them is slow, and giving an AI open access to client data is risky.
What I built
- Seven tools: search contacts, open one contact with its history, search remembered facts, list tasks, a pipeline summary, upcoming deal deadlines, and capturing a note.
- Read-only by design. The one tool that writes only queues a note for me to approve; nothing can edit, delete, or send email or texts.
- Every call is logged with the tool used, and requests are rate-limited.
- Notes and emails inside the CRM are treated as untrusted, and the server tells the AI not to follow instructions found in them.
Limitations
- Client data goes to whichever AI app is connected, so I only connect assistants with an acceptable data policy.
